Indoor cleaning and maintenance

Maintenance cleaning consists in regular cleaning of rooms of general use. Stairwell cleaning is undertaken at intervals and times agreed with the apartment association. A clean living environment ensures a healthful, safe, cozy, and pleasant atmosphere.

What is included in indoor cleaning?

• Dry and wet cleaning of staircase and floor surfaces
• Cleaning of entrance doors and door handles and doorknobs (fingerprints, soiling) on both sides
• Cleaning of free window sills (window sills in hand’s reach)
• Removal of dust from radiators, notice boards, and mail boxes
• Cleaning of walls from stains and dust (incl. stair railings and handrails)
• Random checks of both indoor and outdoor cleaning
• Emptying of trash cans for junk mail as often as required
• Replacing garbage bags as often as required
• Taking garbage to relevant designated area
